The Structural Engineers Association of North Carolina 2019 State Conference was October 17 & 18 at the Marriott in Downtown Greensboro, NC.
The Promotion Committee secured Dr. Dick Bennett to be a speaker at this event. SCMA was a sponsor and had a booth. The room was full (attached is photograph).
The engineers choose to attend Dr. Bennett’s presentation rather than Wood presentation that was at the same time. Thanks to Dean Moore, Chris Miller, Noel Kirila and Mark Furr who worked the event.
The SEA really appreciated the SCMA sponsoring Dr. Bennett.
